Cancellation Policy

WE RUN EVENTS RAIN OR SHINE.

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

HPDE/Time Trial/Competition Drivers’ School/Open Track:

  • Full refund less $40.00 processing fee or full credit towards a future NASA SoCal event, valid for that calendar year with at least 7 days notice prior to the event, as long as there is space available.
  • No refunds or credits if you cancel less than 7 days prior to the event.
  • No refunds or credits if you have mechanical problems or your car does not pass tech inspection.
  • No refunds or credits for transponder rental fees.
  • Once the car hits the track all fees are non-refundable.
  • We cannot make exceptions to the list above.
  • By registering and submitting payment for NASA SoCal events, you acknowledge and accept NASA SoCal’s cancellation policy.

Race Groups:

  • If you notify us within 14 days of the event, you may choose to receive a refund less a $40 processing fee, or full credit towards a future NASA SoCal event, valid for that calendar year.
  • If you notify us less than 14 days prior to the event, or within 48 hours of the missed event, you will receive an event credit, less a $40 processing fee, towards a future NASA SoCal event, valid for that calendar year.
  • No refunds or credits for transponder rental fees.
  • No partial refunds.
  • This policy does not apply to special events.
  • No refunds or credits if you have mechanical problems or your car does not pass tech inspection.
  • Once the car hits the track all fees are non-refundable.
  • We cannot make exceptions to the list above.
  • By registering and submitting payment for NASA SoCal events, you acknowledge and accept NASA SoCal’s cancellation policy.

You will receive event credits via a one-time use promotional code valid only during the calendar year in which they are issued. You will enter the code during the normal, online registration process. Credits are valid only for one event. You will not be able to receive a refund, transfer, or additional credit if you are unable to attend the new event. Promo codes cannot be used in another NASA region.
