Cancellation Policy

WE RUN EVENTS RAIN OR SHINE.

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected].

HPDE/Time Trial/Competition Drivers’ School/Open Track:

• Full refund less $30.00 processing fee or full credit towards a future NASA SoCal event, valid for 365 days with at least 1 week notice prior to the event, as long as there is space available.
• No refunds or credits if you cancel less than 1 week prior to the event.
• No refunds or credits if you have mechanical problems or your car does not pass tech inspection. No exceptions.

Race Groups:

• If you notify us within 14 days of the event, you may choose to receive a refund less a $30 processing fee, or full credit towards a future NASA SoCal event, valid for 365 days.
• If you notify us less than 14 days prior to the event, or within 48 hours of the missed event, you will receive an event credit, less a $30 fee, towards a future NASA SoCal event, valid for 365 days.
• No partial refunds.
• This policy does not apply to special events.
• No refunds or credits if you have mechanical problems or your car does not pass tech inspection. No exceptions.
• Once the car hits the track all fees are non-refundable.

You will receive event credits via a one-time use promotional code. You will enter the code during the normal, online registration process. Credits are valid only for one event. You will not be able to receive a refund, transfer, or additional credit if you are unable to attend the new event.
